About Us

Bennett Road HOA (also known as Manzanita Court) is a new neighborhood in Manson, WA.  Located near the shores of Lake Chelan, just one mile past the Manson sign. Manzanita Court is situated to offer both orchard and mountain views.

Manzanita Court is conveniently located to the town of Manson with shopping, dining and entertainment just a mile and a half away!  Likewise, it’s only 6-8 miles to all the resources available in the city of Chelan.  All the amenities you need nearby while offering access to year round recreation!  

The neighborhood includes sidewalks and beautiful views with Mill Bay boat launch and several wineries nearby – walking distance even!  Chelan Ridge and Radiance, just to name a couple, are right outside your door!  Walking, biking, boating, fishing, you’ll find it here with 300 days of sunshine.

This new neighborhood, in unincorporated Chelan County, is comprised of 27 new construction homes.  Some homeowners have been approved for short term rentals prior to the STR moratorium.
